I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but they need to train their front desk staff to learn how to pick up the phone or at least return voicemails. This is not the first time either, happened many many times when I'm trying to reach them, I would get sent to voicemail instantly with no call backs. I finally got a hold of the front desk and whoever was there today has the sassiest white girl tone I've ever heard. I have been a patient at this office for years as a teen and then returned as an adult. I saw several nurse practitioners and doctors and began a specialty medication that in turn needed to be filled at a specialty pharmacy.
