★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience with this practice has been very disappointing. To be clear, this is not a criticism of the practitioner I saw in person, she was perfectly fine. The problem has been everything surrounding the actual appointment. A prescription I was supposed to receive was missed, and I have since called multiple times trying to get the issue resolved. Terrible !!! You get scheduled for a small procedure only to tell you day of we didnt get prior authorization. Even offered to pay cash they didn't accept it. Unreal. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I cannot believe what a bad experience working with Linda Woodson Dermatology has been. I have gone to them for years and 3/4ths of the time they end up rescheduling my appointment that has been booked for months. As if that is not frustrating enough, today I had to go in for a Mohs procedure to remove skin cancer and just 1 hour 45 minutes prior to the appointment, you guessed it, they called me to cancel and reschedule.
