There is a reason this is the only doctor accepting new patients at the Oak Brook location. Dr. Williams is condescending, even demeaning and I left the appointment embarrassed and in tears. I can't recall the last time I've felt so humiliated, let alone by a doctor. I would never want anyone to go through the experience I went through, and I filed a formal complaint with the medical facility, hopefully the next unassuming patient will be spared from such a traumatizing experience.
