Edit: i spoke to them again today and expressed how my prescriptions were never sent over (it’s been 20+ days of a back and forth). If I could give this office negative stats, I would. I have been waiting for a prescription for over 20+ days and the office keeps lying to me saying they sent it to my pharmacy. They never did. The pharmacy has confirmed they never did. Someone from the office had to call CVS while I was on the other line, and the office was clearly told CVS NEVER received that prescription.
