Pro and friendly staff, no waiting and Dr Werner is great.
I had my initial visit with Dr Linda Werner in Trumbull for thyroid concerns and I was genuinely impressed. From the start she took the time to really listen and carefully review my medical history instead of rushing through the appointment. Dr. Werner is very personable, interested, caring, and takes the time to explain what is going on.
Edit: i spoke to them again today and expressed how my prescriptions were never sent over (it’s been 20+ days of a back and forth). She said I was being rude for insinuating they never sent it over when CVS has confirmed with me MULTIPLE times they never received it and “it was never sent over.” These are the words the pharmacist used. the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and even when I said, “Hey it’s been 20 days of issues and I feel like I’ve never gotten an apology for how difficult this has been” she just ru... read more
