I'm getting about 2 months ago very quiet pretty clean management great trailers decent
Easy to fund, calm area
Terrible management. Apparently manager oversees multiple parks and doesn’t come here often. Her husband has little English and she cannot speak or write intelligibly. She prefers talking over listening. Repairs are dismissed, such as leaky roofs or broken appliances. Multiple requests are necessary. If tenant procures repairs independently they are admonished, and certainly will not receive reimbursement. Many tenants move in and leave within a few months. There are always vacancies. My family and I had to leave due to the fact that these homes have mold in them!!!!! I told the managers and owners and they never did anything about the problem. But when rent was due they would show up. Ignorant as can be. Don’t waste your time or health and look for a place that doesn’t have mold and will make you and your family sick or worse death.
