This is my third time going to get my eyebrows threaded with Linda. Customer service is really important to me and this time around she was really rude. I was explaining to her how I wanted them shaped (it’s never been an issue with another place) and she cut me off to say “that’s just how your eyebrow is”. Okay…. Then she kept talking about how much hair I had on my eyebrows as if it’s not the reason I walked in to get them done. Such an unnecessary comment.
