My mother was referred to this office from her health plan. The staff worked tirelessly to get authorizations and approvals. Despite several denials from the plan this staff worked hard on my mothers behalf. Linda was wonderful. The day she fit my mother with hearing aids I could immediately see the improvement. If you're looking for quality care and a caring staff this office is a great choice.

Awful service from a very rude receptionist. Even worse behavior from Linda Tanaka. I simply stated her staff is unprofessional, after the receptionist refused to call insurance. No explanation given. All this witnessed by my 12yr old son who is shaken.
Linda and her staff are courteous and thoughtful. She takes the time to help me understand what I need to do to retain my hearing.

In response to the "Gigi" review- We have exhausted our investigation into this review. We have contacted Wellness and searched both our old and updated data bases. This is not our patient. We have enjoyed years of pleasant patient rapport. This review in no way represents us.
I recommend Linda Tanaka and her staff to anyone who has been frustrated with hearing impairment. She is very dedicated to her profession and takes her time answering your questions and explaining the options for hearing aids. Our experience could not have been more pleasant. I know if I have questions, they will be answered immediately. Very happy with my hearing aids. Only wish I had done it years ago.
