Not impressed. Would not use again. Left my wife and I feeling ripped off and forced to clean up after the cleaners. We were first-time customers and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The cleaners arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and left an hour early. They left cobwebs in several areas and didn’t vacuum under the beds. The windows were not cleaned properly, and the showers, which were supposed to be deep cleaned, were still slimy and had mold. LS cleaning is great. I began using their services a while back. I did have a break in service but I just used their services again and I am still very happy with the result. Three ladies came in and worked for about 6 hours and did an amazing job with the deep cleaning. The only thing I didn’t like was the process of reconnecting with them.
