Saved my life in 2015 never had a doctor that was so concerned with my health that she cried with me in the room. She delivered my 25 year old son on "President's day" she said it was appropriate for such an important welcoming.
Can’t here for an annual due to my past Obygn was backer up, and I could of not found a better place, everyone from the front desk staff to the back staff and the nurse practitioner Pennington more than exceed my expectations, I left this place very happy with the way they treated me and the care they offered!! I will definitely recommend them to all my female friends that are in need of a new Obygn.
I wanted to keep coming here because I like the PA however, I've been trying to schedule appointments with them and they either don't ever answer the phone or don't return voicemails. I just got off the phone after reaching the message center and as I was talking to her she transferred me to the voicemail, mid sentence. I'm not even sure why they aren't available. I have been seeing Dr. Lacy for about 3 years, coming from another GYN who I had issues with. I love the time and effort that Dr.Lacy puts in to describe conditions so that you can understand. She often times takes out a paper and draws an illustration so you can better visualize what she is saying. I am in the medical profession but she doesn’t assume that I know everything so she speaks in a way that everyone would understand. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Dr Lacy is very warm and positive. She is always open for giving good advice.
