Ms. Bombach was very unprofessional during the phone visit and when she approached my car. She was not at all concerned about my health or the reason I came to the Urgent care for treatment and very much about Novant policy and procedures. When there is a problem with the staff in the office it should never be taken out on the SICK patient. I will NEVER go to this office or ever let this person see me again.
