Very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The office felt disorganized and unprofessional. The two girls at the front desk were very rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming — no friendliness or professionalism at all. I also had a negative experience with the doctor, Linda Rouel, who was rude and spoke to people in a disrespectful manner. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially in a medical environment.
Dr Linda is amazing!!Very warm and you can feel honest concern for you as her patient Her staff is very good too!

First and foremost, allow me to demonstrate my sincere frustration with the medical staff and this medical doctor. Not only is the communication delayed, but there is also no accountability in ensuring patients receive quality medical attention. This doctor will yell and disconnect calls during scheduled phone appointments and that is if you make it through their multiple cancellations.
