First time booking with this clinic. I was able to book everything and made arrangements at work to accommodate my visit to the clinic. The day before my appointment, less than 24 hours, the receptionist calls me stating that my appointment has been cancelled. The lady would not give me the reason as to why it was cancelled so I had to force the reason out as to why it was cancelled and she said that the audiologist will not make it to the clinic on the day of the appointment. J'ai reçu un excellent service de la part de Patrice pour mes bouchons de musicien. Il est attentionné aux détails et au service à la clientèle. Il s'est assuré de bien répondre à mes besoins.
This clinic is very compassionate towards its clients. They helped me quickly and efficiently when I really needed it. Ana at the front desk is wonderful. I would not suggest looking to bring your needs anywhere else but here.
