J’ai contacté l’entreprise le 12 septembre et, après l’annulation de mon rendez-vous prévu le 18 octobre, j’attends toujours qu’on me rappelle pour en fixer un nouveau. Je finis par me demander s’ils ont réellement besoin de clients ou s’ils en ont tellement qu’ils ne peuvent plus assurer le service.

Brought my elderly Aunt in for a hearing test, booked a few weeks ahead as I was flying in for it. They accidentally cancelled and gave appointment to someone else, sent us away when we showed up at the scheduled time. Not good business practice. Not humane.

First time booking with this clinic. I was able to book everything and made arrangements at work to accommodate my visit to the clinic. The day before my appointment, less than 24 hours, the receptionist calls me stating that my appointment has been cancelled. The lady would not give me the reason as to why it was cancelled so I had to force the reason out as to why it was cancelled and she said that the audiologist will not make it to the clinic on the day of the appointment.
