They always do a great job!
I truly value honesty and transparency, especially when it comes to services I’m paying for. If I ask whether nail art is something you can do, I’d really appreciate a clear and honest answer. It’s frustrating to spend over 2 hours in the chair while the design is being figured out, only to be charged the full rate when it felt more like a trial run. I understand that everyone is learning, but my time and money matter too.
Jennifer did a fabulous job on my nails love her designs also had a very relaxing pedicure. Everyone here is so polite and professional.
Customer Service horrible. Gel French manicure started lifting after 4 days. Owner refused a refund and wouldn't redo on my availability. This was the second time my nails were done incorrectly. Be aware they don't refund even if the mistake is their fault.
