I've been coming to this location for the past 10 years. Always amazing service, the staff is extremely helpful and they take their time with you to make sure you find the perfect pair of glasses. Best of all they always have the lastest fashion trends in glasses. Highly recommend everyone to try whether you need eye glasses or sunglasses

I bought a pair of glasses for my daughter. The salesperson sold us crizal anti-glare for extra money promising it was top of the line coating. I was skeptical due to a previous bad experience with anti-glare coating peeling off and destroying a new pair of glasses. However, she kept pushing it on us and finally convinced us it would be worth it. Additionally, I purchased a year warranty (just in case). Went to this location, despite negative Google reviews. BIG mistake. Horrible customer service, mainly an employee who focused all of her time playing with her phone, eating, & talking with co-workers, & doesn't pay attention to customers at all. This actually resulted in the doctor having to come out to the waiting area, calling out her name loudly (the sales associates had wandered off), & delaying the eye exam. Horrible, unprofessional, and uncaring place...I don't recommend to anyone. They do not know what they are doing.
I've just walked out of this office to never come back (writing from my phone). You get better customer service buying a coffee that at this Nashua store. From the minute you walk in, this lady, who clearly hates her job kept complaining each time the phone would ring, she was absolutely unpleasant to me and she was no help at all with the glasses I was looking to buy from them.
