Do not go to see Dr. Lang….save yourself the headache. I am writing this review based on my horrible experience, I had with a virtual appointment today at 4:30pm with Dr. Lang. I did all of the necessary steps before my appointment and check in. I called the line to let them know I was ready to join the call at 4:30pm I clicked the link and a woman named Teresa answered and I could faintly hear Dr. Lang voice in the background. Dr. Lang is great. She is very knowledgeable and clearly explains test results and why she suggests prescribing medicine. She thinks your time is just as valuable as hers, I very rarely have to wait to be seen.
Thorough doctor. Knowledgeable. Takes her time to speak with you. Treats the root cause not just symptoms. Overall I feel like I am in good hands. Dr. Lang will work with you if you are willing to put in the work. So glad I found this practice and didn't go off of reviews but tried her out myself.
Dr. Lang has been my doctor for about 30yrs., starting when she was in a group practice. I have a ton of issues and she knows exactly how to help, guide, and put me at ease. She cares greatly about her patients but will let me know when I need to help myself. She explains everything in detail and if I have any questions even after I leave the staff will get me an answer. I never feel rushed and if I need a specialist she is great at guiding me to a good doctor.
