I don't know employee #025556 (lol) but she was a jewel of a person. She was knowledgeable and was able to give me exactly what I wanted and stayed within my budget! My initial experience checking in at the front desk was less than desirable. The receptionist never looked me in the eye and was annoyed that I needed to stand at the front desk to complete paperwork. Ms. Pricilla (General Manager) is amazing!!! She helped me all day. I know I called at least 5 times because CVS could not get the authorization form. She was so nice, so pleasant and so willing to help!!!!! She is amazing

Dr. Fee was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She helped me weigh out my options whenever it came to reasonable and realistic choices that I had. I enjoyed the overall flow of the appointment as well. The staff was friendly. I was a customer here and I ordered my glasses on 7/12. I was told it would take two weeks. Two weeks later I stopped by, and they didn't even place the order and I had to wait another two weeks. That was basically a month. This happens every time I do business with them. The same thing happened to my wife. She was told the same thing; it would take two weeks for her glasses. Explain to me the difference, last year I went MyEyeDr and it cost me with insurance $550.00 for 1 pair of glasses. The year before America’s Best in Florida the same insurance $90.00. This year America’s Best. 1st pair $90.00 second pair $269.00 total for two pair and exam $359.00!!!!!!

Was not advised on cost of eye exam, which was $172!! Never in my life have I EVER paid this much for an eye exam.

I have gone to the Rx Optical team in GRANDVILLE for 5-6 years. It was okay in the. first year but the last few years, I basically HAD to continue to recieve my contracts! That's RIGHT, YOU CANNOT ORDER A NEW BOX THE NEXT YEAR,,just Because You need them, even if you not having problems!!!! I am outraged because this is their way of changing your prescription, and charging a ton of money for glasses that do not work and now after spending a large amount of money, I can finally purchase my contacts.....
