I have been to Dr. Liu twice for routine cleaning. Instead of her hygienist, she does the flossing for the patients. She would keep talking in your ears while the work is on: "bad teeth, you need extra treatment, $150" etc. No effort put in for suction of saliva, no attention to patient discomfort, no extra time given after the cleaning is done for answering questions.
