Please read the bad reviews they are not lying nor over reacting….. I honestly don’t know how some of these gastroenterologists are still operating at the local children’s hospital…… it’s all about the insurance dollars…… move away from Memphis you won’t regret it…. And as far as doctor Linda Lazar I pray that God shows you no mercy through your trials and tribulations. You messed up my daughter and covered it up say I was at fault…… BUT GOD IS A JUST GOD…. And he we Prevail…. Amen
Zero stars. She is a horrible person and doctor who is not concerned or compassionate about her patients. I was 10 diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and she was not aggressive enough for how sick I was. Imagine losing a 2-3 pints of blood in every bowel movements which I had 5-7 a day. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Her license needs to be revoked.
Just writing this review because I feel the need to explain my experience with Dr. Lazar’s bedside manner because the other reviews are misleading in regards to Dr. Lazar being “dismissive”. Although initially she can come off as a little bit skeptical, she is actually just very factual, blunt, and upfront. Maybe it’s her northern tone of voice that comes off a little cold? My daughter had abdominal pain for months. We finally set an appointment with Lazar our visit wasn't pleasant. She rolled her eyes in disbelieve about our family history of G.I issues. She treated me as if I was not educated and I have a Doctorate in Public Health. I work as an epidemiologist!! I let it be known I'm by far ignorant and have worked in healthcare for 19 years.
