She has helped me with a lot of things. Of those, my social and general anxiety felt like it might be the worst case in the world. It was the reason I started seeing her. I couldn't sit in a classroom without having attacks every day. I am going on 20 now and surprised, even today, that I have come so far and I have her to thank. She helped me work through it. I question whether I would be this okay with my anxiety today if I didn't have her to help me through it. Thank you Linda!!
