Linda Komm is superb! She has been in the mortgage business for over 40 years and stays up to date on every miniscule change within the industry. Her knowledge, diligence, and follow-through are the best out there. She goes above and beyond what is normal for a loan officer and will fight for your loan, even when others will say that it is impossible. She will find a way to make your dreams come true within the guidelines, and I can not recommend her enough. 10 Stars!!

I worked with Linda to apply for mortgage as a first-time home buyer. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Communication was very prompt and thorough during the entire approval process. I had confidence she could handle anything that was thrown our way, which gave me peace of mind and led to a smooth closing in the end.

I am so grateful for the work that Linda put in to make sure my family was able to purchase a home. Her team is knowledgeable and worked well with my realtor and I. I am a single parent, a doctoral student, and a special education teacher and was being forced to leave the house I was in in 30 days.
