Linda is a great attorney and is well known and well respected. She represented me in 2 deals. When I sold my home, the buyer's agent had also recommended her to the buyer (but I had already hired her to represent me). There is a reason so many people including other professions highly recommend her!
If i could give less than 1 star i would. Please do not do business with this person. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. She informed us that our closing was on Thursday September 3rd at noon. We needed to have all of our belongings out of our house prior to closing for final walk through. We complied. Wednesday night she called us to say that the buyers lender was not ready to close and it would be a week or more before closing. I recommend and would use this attorney again. This attorney was recommended to me by my buyer’s agent when I bought my house 2 years ago. Communication was timely and effective throughout the entire process, through phone, email, and mail. The office staff who were handling the work were able to answer all my questions and solve issues when they arose.
