Linda is wonderful!! She listened to all my concerns, fully explained my options & was totally empathetic to what I was feeling and listened to my ideas as well as the personal research I had done!! I can’t say enough about my experience!! Linda is very knowledgeable & I love that I never felt rushed & that I can always call if I think of anything I might have missed!! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!
Linda was absolutely terrible during my appointment! Her only objective is to get you on HRT. She lacked compassion, patience, empathy, professionalism, and overall kindness! She couldn’t be bothered with anything else besides pushing HRT. She was annoyed and checked out of the appointment as soon as she knew I was not interested in HRT at this time.
