After going to this practice for over 15 years the patient care and service is just not the same. Very Poor office management and problems with appointments as well as bad attitudes behind the desk. Everything is an issue and no one know how to do their jobs. They are just there to collect the co pay and bill your insurance. Had multiple problems with sending referrals and prescriptions on multiple occasions Sad. Time to find a new office where they are polite and organized and know what they are doing . I have been with Dr. Aquilino for many, many, years and I absolutely 100% love her! She takes time with your appt, I never feel rushed and I know she cares..I also know I'm probably her worst patient 😜 but she's the best anyway 😉 If you're looking for a new Dr. I assure you, you can stop right here!
