I never write bad review but I felt compelled to just warn other people about the rude receptionist I just encountered to book my ultra sound appointments. I was first met with very cold, unfriendly reception and then questioned about why I was coming in, even though I had already explained everything from my Doctor's requisitions. Dr. Linda Warren shouldn’t be judged by the front end staff as they are overly busy, rightly so. I have always been treated with respect and I trust her abilities to the max. With a recent purchase of a 3 D mammogram machine I was put at ease when Dr. Warren brought me into her office to show me the results of what she’d been watching on the films from previous mammograms and with the new pictures from the latest and greatest machine she purchased, Dr. Warren determined I didn’t need a another biopsy. I normally dont write bad reviews about places because I like to give them some slack, but i wouldnt want anyone to waste their time here. Tried to call in and ask about a referral, woman on the phone was extremely rude and put me on hold while I was about to give her my carecard #. Someone else picked up the phone and was absolutely cluess as to where we were in the process and kept saying "i dont understand, huh?".
