I f you need an attorney who knows elder law, Linda is the person. She follows what her client wanted to the letter of the law. She will not crumble. Those who complain are in many cases people who are not happy with what her clients wanted.
Worst lawyer I have ever met. Ms. Kidder is not a trustworthy individual. There are many times she has been rude to me and even hung up on me. She has failed to do her tasks in a timely manner, yet she threatened me on the phone to remove me as co-trustee of my dad's trust. I possibly had Covid, but went anyway. She only wanted me to sign something right away to cover her blatant incompetence as a professional lawyer. She seems to make a lot of administrative errors as well.
