It went all downhill. Linda Nguyen was my favorite doctor but she made feel belittle and bother. Her nurse Amy Nguyen; her attitude needs to be changed and she needs to come off being less cocky. Extremely disappointed. She does not listen and DO NOT address patient’s individual concerns, just routinely order THE SAME thing for everyone. I’m vegetarian and trying to lose weight and went to do my annual and get labs done. She refused to check my iron and B12, which are extremely important to monitor on my diet. Always ready to listen to you, put you through and refer to the best dr if necessary.
This is literally my favorite doctor of all time. She is compassionate, prompt, INCREDIBLY understanding and actually seems to genuinely care for her patients. I've never ever had an experience with a doctor like this. She is so honest and straightforward. I am so blessed to have found her (and she's in network for me :)) Honestly THE best (this is my first review I've ever written for a doctor and I'm 40)
