Our experience is eerily similar to another one-star review here…we enjoyed meeting Linda, and were charmed by her personality and the vision she assured us would appear in our plan. She insisted we pay in advance, and we foolishly did. We were charmed by Linda at our first meeting, and agreed to work with her despite her insistence that we pay $5,000 up front for her work. After we paid, we waited for weeks without receiving any work product. Eventually, after several prodding calls/emails, we received a poorly done and incomplete plan which excluded much of an area we had identified as a priority and suggested plantings that would have required removing many large, protected trees in another. Linda is a pleasant person and although we enjoyed meeting her, we do not have anything to show for the $500 consulting fee we paid her. Linda walked around our property with us and shared general ideas of possible plantings, none of which were fresh or innovative. A week later we received a list of plants with prices and installation costs which exceeded our discussed budget by 30%.
