I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Linda Phillips about 11 years ago and it looks like a three year old performed my surgery. I was and still is very disappointed in my results. I’m ashamed to take off my bra in front of my significant other.
I had a breast reduction and a Pannicolectomy 5/12/22 needless to say I’m very pleased with the reduction, but the Pannicolectomy on the other hand I look like a pet pot belly pig. And it was brought to the nurse practitioner Jill Resendez attention that I wasn’t pleased with the uneven cut or the pot belly. She goes to the before and after pictures as if to say I should be grateful… it hurt my feelings ,desperately seeking a revision surgery…
Needed explant of old implants and reduction. She refused to do a 1 on 1 with my insurance company to have it covered. I found another surgeon that actually cared and worked with my insurance company to have it fully covered.
Dr. Phillips is an excellent communicator, concerned and empathetic, timely and dependable, and highly skilled. I am thrilled with the results of my two procedures following massive weight loss.
