I saw Dr. Sloan for years. I first met her when she was training and it took me quite a while to find her. She was caring at first, then she became rude and nasty when I had a 3 week bout with bacterial pneumonia. One lady in my office died and several others were sick. We think it was the building. That was the sickest I have ever been and she seemed annoyed and treated me like crap. I left her practice after that. I would give 0 stars because of wait times and staff attitudes, but this app makes ypu leave at least one.
Wait times are ridiculous once you arrive for your appointment. The office staff is incompetent. The doctor seemed inattentive to my concerns and made me feel uncomfortable during my entire visit. She should probably be retired. There are better more up to date doctors available.
Dr. Sloan is a great doctor! She’s very knowledgeable and I was happy to find a new doctor who was like my old doctor at home. But unfortunately, I will have to find a new pcp simply because I cannot wait an hour and a half to be seen for a small check up that’ll last anywhere between 10-20 minutes. I was given the option to reschedule but I’m sure the wait time won’t change because my last appointment I waited over an hour and some change to be seen for 12 minutes.
I love Dr Sloan been a patient for over 10 years. I am truly upset because my time is not made viable. I should not have to wait over an hour to be seen. This is unacceptable!! Soon as you are late then they make you wait. I would hate to have to leave the practice but time management is not good at all. They must do better or I have to go where I am treated with the same respect as they would want to be treated.
