Me and my wife scheduled an appointment with this doctor for an yearly well visit physical check up and after 1 month we got a bill from them and we came to know that she billed my insurance as diagnostic appointment which was never the case. When we called back the office they accepted that the doctor has made a mistake but said she is not ready to change the code and this has caused me to pay the bill which amounts to 300$. Never visit this doctor. Terrible
Dr Vilbert is unbelievable. She personally has called me and my husband to check up on how we were doing. It's like having a boutique doctor.
Easy to get an appointment and always willing to help. Very caring and took a good amount of time with me. Highly recommended.
Dr Vilbert is not interested in accepting new patients. She's only interested in money and not helping people.
