This office is incredibly inept. When I tried to cancel the renewal of my renters insurance because I was moving from the rental house they made it impossible to do so and still are billing me for rental insurance on a house I no longer rent. They know that I no longer live there because my new address was displayed on my auto insurance cards. But they keep sending me letters to my old address which have to be forwarded by the USPS.
