An absolute nightmare of a business. Continued to charge my card months after I discontinued treatment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I got two letters from my insurance, they paid my appointment in September but not October. They told me this company stopped taking my insurance and I should be able to appeal it. I call this place in November to ask and reschedule my November appointment for December and they say they do still cover my insurance , they will call them and call me back.
