What she did and said to my mother was highly disrespectful and unprofessional and very uncalled for!
I loved meeting Dr Bergal. She recommended surgery to remove my gallbladder, along with 3 previous doctors. It's been 5 days and I still haven't heard anything from her scheduling department to get the surgery scheduled.
