Once a top rated facility. The primary physician, Dr. Palmer passed away and the facility was taken over by a huge corporation. Their ratings have dropped into the 2+ range out of 5. I visited the facility recently & saw a PA in one side of the facility and the personnel in the other side of the facility for an infusion. After the appointment I received an online survey...it addressed only half of my visit. It was as if it was unaware of why I was there, just patient #1234567.
