I Highly recommend Dr. Kiley and her staff!!! Dr. Kiley is AMAZING! She helped me when Many others failed!!! I had a Very Difficult Surgical Issue that was caused by another physician! I had been to 4 Urologists & 2 Urogynecologists pleading for help for 6 years. On the Brightline on the way back up From the University Of Miami's Urology department, I was given Dr. Kiley's name and Was told that I HAD to call her! VERY DISAPPOINTING. First of all why does she not have signage and shares space, even phone lines, with a laser center? I paid Dr. Kiley out of pocket about $500 to get HRT. Upon my first visit, her medical assistant, Melissa Scarlett, who is NOT an RN, LPN or NP, was flippant, unprofessional and rude. I nearly walked out at that point but wanted to give Dr. Kiley a chance. After going over my case, she prescribed several vitamins which cost me another $300. Dr. Kiley is kind and thorough in her examinations. She is a compassionate doctor and takes time to explain your health in clear terms. I have recommended her to several friends.
Dr. Kiley is excellent. She took the time with me and answered my questions and also questions I wouldn't have thought to ask. She was very thorough in her examination, she was pleasant and cared about me. Her receptionist could use some people training.
Wonderful,caring and interested. She helped my problem that several other doctors couldn't. Dr. Kiley took the time to find a solution.
Dr. Kiley canceled an appt with my elderly mom the morning of a scheduled procedure and claimed she no longer accepts insurance. This is really despicable!

Dr. Kiley performed a hysterectomy and bladder lift on me that she told me she felt confident about pre-surgery. As she was walking out of the room from our 2nd post op appointment, I asked if I should see another doctor because I thought something was wrong. Only then did she admit to me that, in her words, "You had a failed surgery." I understand that a surgery can fail, I felt she was not compassionate or helpful, and wanted me to disappear. I had to have a repair surgery elsewhere.
dr. Kiley is a knowledgeable and compassionate physician who cares deeply for her patients and offers comprehensive urological services. Her medical assistant Barbara Lynn is also top notch with her knowledge and care for patients
