Excellent, thorough, and caring providers.
My wife called for an appointment as soon as possible for an urgent but not emergency care. She was told to call the next day, called and couldn't be seen for 3 weeks. I called for a 3rd time and asked if Carillion has a same day clinic available and the scheduler said no not that she was aware of not in a rude way but in a very I could care less attitude.... Carillon has Velocity Care in several locations in the Roanoke are. They need to educate their employees and staff to endeavor to do better, not just collect a check. T... read more
Dr.B is so patient and caring not rushed at all during visits. My Dr. Of 30 yrs retired leaving me stressed, hearing that she was taking new patients again changed everything for me! I can't brag about her enough! As an adult everyone should have an internal medicine Dr! Bonnie Fulcher
