My wife called for an appointment as soon as possible for an urgent but not emergency care. She was told to call the next day, called and couldn't be seen for 3 weeks. I called for a 3rd time and asked if Carillion has a same day clinic available and the scheduler said no not that she was aware of not in a rude way but in a very I could care less attitude.... Dr. Buchanan is a wonderful and caring doctor. After my doctor of 34 years passed away I chose her to be my primary care physician. She had been my substitute physician. I plan to continue to see her as long as she is here. I highly recommend Dr. Buchanan.
My 78 year old mother has been complaining of stomach pain for over a year and suggested it may be her gallbladder, since other family members have had similar pain and had their gall bladders removed. The doctor wrote it off as "don't always believe what your family says." She diagnosed it as ulcers and gave my mother antacids for over a year.
