Absolutely excellent! They had my vehicle repaired four days earlier than promised, the price was lower than estimated, Amanda provided factual/punctual updates and my vehicle is running perfectly. No bs of upselling or talking down to you like you’re stupid because you’re a female. Transparent and very very honest. Highly recommend this group.
I have used these guys exclusively for a few years and spent way more than I care to admit. I scheduled my truck for its 45k service. It took almost a week to get it in. During the service, they called to inform me I needed new rear brakes & rotors which I approved. I picked up the truck the next morning and they didnt do any of the 45k services even though I told them on the phone and wrote it on the key drop envelope. The person checking me out (who I believe was the owner which makes it even worse) didnt care nor provide ... read more
