I was very pleased with the end result of our commercial office kitchen remodel. The Ceilume ceiling tiles really transformed the space. The team at Borchert Lincorp was able to execute my vision of a modern, inviting, and functional kitchen for our corporate office.
Overall, Lincorp Borchert contractors did a good job. The only issue with dealing with them is that an itemized list was never provided to us for the entire project which was requested from them several times throughout the project. Really knowing the actual cost of materials, labor, and overhead would have helped in determining selection of materials and having them do the project management of the work. They are great people to work with, met the majority of the timelines, and delivered a nice product.
