Ignored note on my account that I could not pay my credit card this month. Pulled $187 out of my checking account when I only had $20 WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. Overdrafted my account, then charged me an overdraft fee, and offered no solutions. I'm switching to a different bank. I WAS A MEMBER FOR 10 YEARS!
