Michelle was nothing short of wonderful and made my banking experience seamless and worry free.
I don’t think I have ever left a negative review in my life but this bank has been absolutely terrible to work with for me personally. It’s been over a year since my initial complaint, and I’m still having issues with their customer service. When I’m FINALLY able to speak to a teller they’re always very kind, but having to leave multiple messages or physically GO IN to the bank for a simple question because nobody will ever answer the phone is ridiculous. We have been members for years! We just opened a new account today and it was easy and painless. Very nice and easy to work with.
This Bank Not a good bank there's always issues there's always something going on with your cards being used charges for transferring your funds now I can't get a hold of someone at the bank it's customer service not safe or cool at all frfr this is another red flag to close my account at this bank
