To whom it may concern,I know two residents of this apartment building. Last year they changed building managers.Since then I know that one of the tenants takes care of the one entryway sweeping and washing the windows because no one else is doing it.Also the sidewalks are not being kept clear of ice and snow. I know this for a fact On Sat. Jan 3rd we had quite the ice storm and on Sunday the walks were glare ice all day.
