they don't know how to fix cars a rip people off you tell him you need a heater core and they decide to put something else in charge you for it and still doesn't fix the problem and they're wanting their money they suck don't ever rent from them either because they treat you like crap you put garbage in a dumpster and they take it out and throw it all over your front porch near your door
These people won't fix your issue, they will tell you they did though. They will overcharge you for anything done and not stand behind their work. I'll be seeing these people in court just to recoup some money since they won't stand behind their work or help fix the issue that they were supposed to have fixed already for nearly $450!!! They are just after your money! I’m 21 and they ripped me off. I took my saab to this garage so they could tell me what is wrong they were not supposed to fix a thing, well they decided to take it upon them selves and ‘fix’ it, their ‘Saab technician’ does not know a thing about Saab’s I paid $430 for them to splice one wire and my car still doesn’t run they won’t make it right so I am taking them to court. Contacted today to get a quote on drilling out 2 snapped wheel bolts. Said her "Saab expert" was on a test drive and she took my number to have him call me back. Not only did nobody call me back, but I'm here to guarantee you that it doesn't take a "Saab expert" to remove broken wheel bolts.

I have been taking my ford expedition to Lincoln way sales and service for a year now. They do great work on my car. I'm extremely happy with the staff and mechanics that work their. And I plan in taking it here for many years to come.
Have been coming here for over 17 years and bought a lot of cars. The last one had a noise on the test Drive. I was told don't worry if there is a problem we will take care of it. Now they will if I pay $1800. They knew of the issue and sold me the car anyway. It was my fault for trusting them. I guess I am done doing business with them. Thanks for nothing after all these years. I will never have a car serviced here again or recommend them to anyone else.
