Dr. Ovalle is one of the few Dr.s who are in healthcare for the right reasons. She takes more time with each patient than most physicians. She listens to the patient not just the diognoses. She is also very up to date on current medications and treatments. She is the best Dr. I have had in my 40 years.
Unqualified and unprofessional. Was not impress with the practice when taking one of her patients to her office. Now she is on "surgery leave" with nothing but a sign in the office door. There's not even message when you call. No staff answers and just rings and rings. Called hospital operator and she left her entire practice with ZERO referrals to another physician while she is out. Unreal. And LaPorte urgent care wants nothing to do with seeing her patients in the interim. Also she is not very well versed in her medication... read more
