Horrible customer service....cocky, arrogant.... Won't return calls, when found out I am on Delta Dental HMO plan.
After having a horrible experience with a Dentist when I was in my 20’s I found Dr Mitsos. I’ve now been a patient of Dr Mitsos for over 15 years, I also bring my children to her. She knows how to make sure I ‘m never in pain, she’s allowed us to make emergency appointments when we’ve needed to (toothache, etc) and has always been accommodating with my work schedule. She’s experienced and I trust her. I won’t go to another Dentist.
Been going there for years FIVE STARS all the way.
The most amazing dental experience I ever had. They treated me like family. I had the worst teeth in the world and they fixed them all. I cried when I saw my teeth in the mirror because you have no idea what it feels like to have no teeth. I come from Indiana and If you want a dentist that treats you like family then I would never go anywhere other than here!! It is nice to walk in an office and have them greet you by name, not looking at the chart.
The worst dental experience I have ever had ! I left my previous dentist after he retired and sold the practice to a large corporate entity. Wanting to stay local I chose this office for myself and kids. My son a few weeks ago and related that it was a weird bazarro type of experience and that they really irritated his gums. I went in today and was introduced to the hygienist, Bill Mitsos. I watched him feed himself crackers across the hall from the exam room while I was getting Xrays done.
