My mother has been to several centers and has never had the level of care she receives at Lincoln rehab. They always keep me infoed of all changes or problems that occurs
No way!Meds either not given or 2 hrs late,food is often leftovers,place reeps of body odors,staff seems untrained and not knowledgable of medical training,grossly rude telephone manners,patients scattered thru out building late at night have to be located to go to bed!Bed linens are always scarce,blankets are often not available,borrow from your things and do not ask nor replace your stuff!Calls for help take a very long time to be answered!!!!!!!
