I can not say enough about how professional and thoughtful they were. I had a difficulty getting my window repaired . They addressed the problem and today I have a new window and the whole process was so pleasant. I believe the owner’s name is Gary and his men who came and did the job were great. I want to thank them for being so thoughtful and polite. I truly recommend this company for any of the projects that you need to get done. Thank you so much, Mary Ann Kovalcik.
A friend of mine recommended this business so I called to get glass for 2 showers and the guy told me to send photos. Sent and received no response. I text and asked if he received my photos and he acknowledged yes and that he would get in touch with me on Monday. It’s been 10 days. Just be honest and say you’re not interested or you’re booked up. Do NOT recommend if this is how you run your business.
