Really isn't the same company as was, when Jane was in the driving seat, it's only just been taken over, but has taken a drastic dive in such a short space of time...big shame..please come back Jane....new manager Sadie and natasha are doing a fantastic job of ruining what was once possibly the best care provider in North East Lincolnshire..crying shame..ruined by idiots upsetting us longest standing service user's, so they obviously DON'T CARE!!!.
