Shoddy work. Windows would not properly close and lock after installing. Drafty. Very disappointed in customer service. When they were called about the problem, we were referred to someone in another state who wanted to charge for the trip to investigate the issue. Pretty much useless. I would not personally ever use them again or recommend them.
This website is terrible.
The doors themselves deserve 4-5 stars but if Franklin is not guaranteeing the installation, then they get 2 stars. Apparently the installation, and especially the (very securely designed and manufactured) locking system, is too complicated for many installers to understand. They also took way too long to be delivered.
