Great place to work
You dont want to catch Dan- Lincolns National Sales rep- in a conversation. Customer service is down the drain. Our company called to inquire about carrying Lincoln Windows in our showroom and Dan cut us short and hurried us off the phone . For that matter, his supervisor is also too busy to care LINCOLN WINDOW- dont shop here
We worked with Thomas to help us fix/repair our Lincoln windows. The windows had trouble opening easily and thomas was able to locate the mechanism that each window needed. In about a day, he repaired each window and now they work perfectly. Before we could hardly open the windows and left them closed all the time. Now we can open and close them as an owner would expect.
