You dont want to catch Dan- Lincolns National Sales rep- in a conversation. Customer service is down the drain. Our company called to inquire about carrying Lincoln Windows in our showroom and Dan cut us short and hurried us off the phone . For that matter, his supervisor is also too busy to care LINCOLN WINDOW- dont shop here
We worked with Thomas to help us fix/repair our Lincoln windows. The windows had trouble opening easily and thomas was able to locate the mechanism that each window needed. In about a day, he repaired each window and now they work perfectly. Before we could hardly open the windows and left them closed all the time. Now we can open and close them as an owner would expect. Put new Lincoln windows in our house. Rep mis-measured our large living room windows, had to wait another 9 months to get it. Wrote customers service and several executives, no response. Now in the sunlight the windows look dirty, even professionally cleaned. I’m not recommending Lincoln to people who ask me. Poor quality & service.
I would give no stars if I could. I spent over 5k on two different doors to not only have both handlesets break twice in four years. I installed brand new doors and hardware in 2020, by 2022 both handlesets broke. In 2024 one of the handlesets broke again. While I understand things happen, it appears the products are faulty since the doors only underwent normal wear and tear and they only seem to last a very short time until they break. This is a great company that stands behind their warranty. They came and replaced all of our windows after 10 years per the warranty. The seal on some of the windows failed which will/can happen sometimes. They were professional , reponsive, and timely on replacing all of the windows before the warranty expired. Great company to work with that stands behind their product. The windows are beautiful.
