My car suddenly stop on the road, so I had it towed to a Lincoln dealer Lincoln White Plains. Two days later, they told me the alternator was gone and they said it could take up to a month for a replacement to arrive—which was a problem since I use the car for work. I offered to buy the alternator myself, and they agreed. I bought it, but they claimed it was the wrong part; however, they were lying—it was actually the correct part. I held off on writing a poor review for this place for literally 4 yrs because I felt held hostage to having to go here since it's closer to me than the Lincoln dealer in Queens, but after 4 yrs of half bad half somewhat decent servicing and after this last experience, I can say with certainty, that the mechanics that are employed there should NOT be allowed anywhere near customers vehicles, Especially not my Lincohn navigator L Black label.
