I got my car back yesterday and I'm thrilled: it starts! It drives! Hooray! When the accelerator suddenly stopped accelerating and the brake stopped braking, at 5 MPH on Rt 17B near Monticello NY, I rolled the car to the side of the road, put it in park, and used the emergency brake. I went to check on a SUV when I got there it was all ready sold 2 weeks ago. I try to get intouch no one answers the phone.
This place is a mess. Truly one of the worst experiences. Never on time, communication is non existence, twice now they have kept our overnight without telling us. It is so bad. Stay far away: drive the distance to go somewhere else. They are terrible.
Incredible service. Dropped off my car for them to diagnose some transmission issues. They didn’t have a loaner that could fit my family of 6, but the next morning I got a call that a bigger loaner came in and was available for me to swap. The fact they followed up so quickly was huge. I called them later for an update on my transmission, expecting some back and forth about options, costs, and other headaches, just to learn that my new transmission had been installed and was out for a test drive, completely covered by my war... read more
