Very poor. It's 10AM and there was nobody in the parts department. The young man qho was sent to help his body language was as if he was doing us a favor. After giving him the VIN# minutes later he comes back to say he doesn't have access to the system to look up any information. This is another poor experience there was another customer there and he was also highly upset. What has happened to this "luxury " service department.
