Ben did a great job servicing my 13 year old air conditioner. My air conditioner had been running a long time and was very loud. The first thing Ben looked at was my furnace and found a capacitor that had something to do with the blower motor. It was bad, and he replaced it. Now my air conditioner is not running as long as it use to. Ben was professional and thorough. I'd recommend him and Happy Hippo all day long. Use his service. You won't be sorry.
My AC unit went out when it was 90 degrees. I had a service call and luckily had Trevor dispatched same day to me . He assessed the situation and fixed the problem professionally, and made recommendations as well. I’m cooling in this hot weather and a big thank you to Ben and Trevor.
