I had a furnace service with Happy Hippo that started out fine, but during the visit the technician damaged my front door’s decorative glass insert. This wasn’t standard glass, it was a factory decorative piece. After it broke, my door was left covered with plastic during cold winter weather (frigid temperatures in January), which caused my heat to run constantly and my gas bill to increase significantly. Happy Hippo was both timely and communicative throughout my experience. I needed work done on my furnace and Jake was able to walk me through the issue as well as fix the problem efficiently. I will definitely be using them again!! Thank you!!
